Terminal cancer sufferer Katherine Crowe has outlived every doctors' prognosis.
She made headlines last Christmas with her song Smile, and now she's ready to make headlines again.
Katherine has co-written a song with musician and good friend Matt Creer.
'Don't Let Me Go' has been released on iTunes, and is outselling well-known artists.
Although written with Katherine's situation in mind, the duo say the song is open to interpretation:
