The handling of a case involving an alleged 'dangerous dog' has been criticised by a solicitor.
It's after a dog was arrested on suspicion of being a pit bull type and seized by authorities.
Rex, who was eight months old at the time, has been in a police kennel for nine months before charges against him and his owner were dropped this week.
