The Green Party Leader calls oil and gas 'dying markets'
A government decision to grant an extension to Crogga to search for gas and oil is being met with fierce opposition with some calling it contrary to their commitments to renewable energy.
Crogga's licence was initially granted in 2018 and has requested multiple subsequent extensions to their licence.
The most recent extension gives a further 27-month allowance to conduct seismic surveys in search of gas and oil in Manx waters.
