A Crosby man's appeared in court charged with affray.
Forty-year-old Martyn Edward Kissack went before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes on Tuesday.
He's accused of committing the offence earlier this month.
No pleas were entered and the case has been adjourned until November 8.
Mr Kissack has been bailed in his own recognisance to the sum of £500.
