Eisteddfod is a community-focused talent competition
A long-running, community-focused talent competition on the Isle of Man is just around the corner.
The Braaid Eisteddfod is a highlight of the Island’s cultural calendar, open to anyone with a talent whether it's a musical instrument, a song or poem.
Dot Tilbury, one of the adjudicators, says the event is a fantastic opportunity for performers thinking about the Guild.
She describes it as the perfect warm-up to showcase skills and gain experience in front of an audience:
The Braaid Eisteddfod will take place on Saturday, 14 March from 7:30pm and the entrance fee includes a supper.
