Health minister gives update on future of Ramsey residential home
The health minister says proposals for a replacement for Cummal Mooar residential home will be brought forward 'before the summer recess'.
The facility in Ramsey has faced closure in recent years, and in August 2023 looked set to close before a new home was built.
Such a move was put on hold, and this time last year the Department of Health and Social Care said it was working with Manx Care to ensure the design of the proposed new building is fit for purpose.
