The current bus timetable could be forced to change if staff shortages aren't resolved according to Bus Vannin.
It's been the cause of weeks of disruption with drivers having to work overtime to cover weekends.
The service currently has a 10 percent vacancy rate; it can take up to six weeks to train a new driver.
