
The Manx Blind Welfare Society has joined the Department of Infrastructure to ask people to cut their hedges back.
This week, the department said it had received a number of complaints about overgrown foliage which block pavements and lines of sight.
Earlier this year, officials announced they were scaling back hedge-cutting operations because of a lack of cash.
