Opening ceremony takes place tonight
The Isle of Man will be represented by its biggest ever squad at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games which officially begin tonight (28 July).
Thirty four athletes are taking part in eight different sports - including athletics, badminton and boxing.
Professional cyclist Mark Cavendish and swimmer Laura Kinley will be holding the Manx flag at tonight's opening ceremony - you can watch it on BBC One from 7pm.
