300-home project tabled
Property developer Dandara says it is filling a critical gap in the housing market with its plans for the south.
Residents were yesterday invited to view the firm's blueprints for a major housing and highways development in Ballasalla, which it claims will be mostly complete by 2020.
The first phase of the 300-home project will see 60 new properties built, before work begins on a bypass linking the A5 with Balthane Industrial Estate.
