Consultation will take place on Monday
A consultation on proposals for a new housing development in Ballasalla is taking place on Monday.
The plans will be available for viewing at Malew Parish Commissioners’ Office.
Dandara's proposed development site lies between Douglas Road and Balthane Industrial Estate on the south-eastern side of Ballasalla.
A mixture of around 300 two, three and four-bedroom homes are included in the three-phase project.
The proposals also include plans for a new bypass.
Dandara architect Sue Cannell and Planning Director David Humphrey will attend the consultation to answer any questions.
