Case adjourned until January 11
A Peel man charged with dangerous driving has had his case adjourned until the new year.
Craig Mclaughlin of Stanley Mount appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 41 year-old is accused of overtaking a row of vehicles on a hill in a no-overtaking zone at Ballagarey in April.
A witness claims to have recorded the incident on a dash cam.
Mr Mclaughlin denies the offence and will reappear in court on January the 11th.
