Peel man denies offence
A Peel man charged with dangerous driving is due to appear before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse today (Thursday).
Craig Mclaughlin of Stanley Mount is accused of overtaking a row of vehicles on a hill in a no-overtaking zone at Ballagarey last April.
A witness claims to have recorded the incident on a dash cam.
The 41 year-old denies the offence.
