Names, addresses and phone numbers 'mislaid'
Names, addresses and phone numbers have been 'mislaid' from the Homecare Service in Adult Social Care.
Government says data from 33 users has been affected, including 'keysafe' codes of seven of them.
As well as this, 43 people who are down as next of kin and 11 carers have also had their phone numbers 'mislaid'.
The keysafes have now been recoded, and no medical or financial details were included.
The service supports people to live independently in the community.
An internal investigation has been set up to find the cause.
