Ashford 'confident' bookmarked Level 2 change will happen
The health minister says he's 'hopeful' a move to Level 2 of the border framework later this month will be possible.
It would mean residents, and key workers, could travel freely and 'sponsor' others to come across.
Isolation requirements could also, potentially, be removed.
Any change is dependent on the Covid situation in the UK.
