'First Point Community Portal' now offers Covid-19 programme
Vulnerable people can now volunteer their personal information to an online database, only visible to essential services, in case of an emergency.
The First Point Community Portal has been adapted, to offer a Covid-19 programme.
It was originally developed by Island-based company PDMS in 2017 to provide additional support to people who experience day-to-day difficulties.
