Treasury Minister confirms work still needs to be carried out
It remains unknown when the first passenger sailing to the new Liverpool Ferry Terminal will take place.
Treasury ruled out setting a date following modifications to the Manannan to allow passengers to board in low tides.
Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas pushed further for a timeline confirming when residents can expect to be using the £70 million site.
