Tickets fly for star's home village homage
Davy Knowles's plan to stage two special concerts in the Island over Christmas have proved massively popular with his Manx fans.
Organisers say tickets for the Port St Mary gigs sold out in less than three hours, after they went on sale online yesterday.
Promotor Lenny Conroy says Davy, currently touring in the US, is 'over the moon' and humbled at the response - and has promised two 'high energy' shows.
The blues guitar ace returns to play Port St Mary town hall on 26 and 27 December, a year after filling the intimate venue in his home village.
Triskel Promotions says the online ticketing has proved a viable and fair way to distribute tickets
