Around one-seventh of forms submitted
Residents picked to take part in the Island's health and lifestyle survey need to submit their views for the sake of everyone else.
That's according to a senior public health analyst - who says only around 1,000 respondents out of a chosen 7,000 have submitted their views.
Households were chosen at random using the publicly available property database - it was used to ensure the study is representative of the population.
Results are expected to provide an understanding of people's health and wellbeing, and help shape cross-governmental policy.
The 20-30 minute, 98 question form needs to be completed by the deadline on Sunday.
