RCN members voted in support of walkout over pay dispute with Manx Care
The Island's nurses need to take strike action this month after voting in support of a walkout.
Members of the Royal College of Nursing have voted in favour of taking industrial action in response to a pay dispute.
The union held a question and answer session with Health Minister Lawrie Hooper and Treasury Minister Dr Alex Allinson earlier this week.
