
A decision on plans to convert Callow's Yard in Castletown into a mainly residential property is to be made on Friday.
Following an initial meeting on Monday, the town's Commissioners will meet in private at the end of the week to come to a conclusion.
The town's Chamber of Commerce says that although 'the properties owners believe the town has no retail future it doesn't mean that other businesses won't thrive given the right market environment'.
