Council of Ministers meet to discuss changes to rules
A decision on the reopening of nurseries to all children is set to be made today.

It's also considering changes to rules on gatherings and discussing whether non-essential shops can reopen from Monday (18 May).
The government's daily media briefing will take place from 4pm this afternoon, where any announcements on these areas are due to be made.
