New drive in sector
Creative industries are on the rise in the Isle of Man and need nurturing.
Economic Development Minister, Laurence Skelly, says recent successes in the film industry have sparked a new drive for the sector.
This includes advertising and marketing, architecture, crafts, IT, design, media and publishing, museums and performing arts.
The Arts Council works alongside the DED to support businesses on the Island - and Mr Skelly says it's seeing fast growth.
