Conclusions will be exammined

It's after the Economic Policy Review Committee personally named DED Minister Laurence Skelly and his former CEO Chris Corlett as the responsible parties.
Government was looking to appoint the firm as the official promoter for both the TT and Classic TT events, but no contract was ever signed.
In a statement, the department says it remains committed to improving 'future processes and decision-making'.
It insists a full response will now be provided for January's Tynwald.
