Geoffrey Boot provides update on gov't progress

Geoffrey Boot gave his Tynwald colleagues an update on government’s progress so far this year, including plans to establish a citizens’ forum to help communicate with businesses and individuals.
Mr Boot wants tackling the climate emergency to remain at the top of the political agenda:
