Making deadline "nigh-on impossible" says policy manager
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture's Brexit Policy Manager says if a 'hard Brexit' is implemented by the UK, the department would struggle to amend its legislation appropriately in time.
Janice Skinner was one of the figures giving evidence to a Tynwald committee this morning (Mon 14).
Ms Skinner is one of three employees tasked by DEFA with altering Manx legislation ahead of Brexit.
