Manx meat, dairy and sweet producers all feature in new guide
It's good news for gastronomy on the Island after the publication of a new guide designed to promote Manx food and drink.
Meat, dairy and sweet producers are all included in the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture's most in-depth guide yet.
DEFA's long-term Food Matters strategy aims to increase the value to the Island's economy of Manx food and drink, by £50m by 2025.
