Infrastructure Minister blames Covid-19
Detailed costings of the new ferry terminal in Liverpool – which Tynwald was supposed to receive at the end of January – have been delayed.
The infrastructure minister had been asked to provide a report detailing the breakdown of the budget as envisaged in 2019 and 2021.
At the December sitting of the court Tynwald was asked to approve a further £32 million – taking the total cost of landing stage scheme to more than £70 million.
