Witnesses sought to Tuesday incident
Police are appealing for help after an elderly man with dementia was preyed upon by thieves in broad daylight.
The incident happened at around 10am yesterday near Marks & Spencer, Douglas.
Two unidentified male suspects accosted the victim, asking for cash, which was handed over to them before they left.
Anyone who saw what happened is asked to let police know on 631212.
