It's applied for planning permission to install insulation and new windows
The Department of Infrastructure has applied for planning permission to refurbish the roof of the Sea Terminal.
It wants to put insulation into the 'crows nest' and change the 'decorative panels' to include a rainscreen system.
The windows would also be replaced but a new colour has not been chosen.
It also has plans to put a new flat roof on the northern arm of the building which will also be insulated.
The application is currently pending consideration and can be found here.
