
Treasury Minister Eddie Teare has been facing stern criticism over the company which will replace ATOS carrying out work fitness assessments.
This morning during Tynwald questions, he faced queries from South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft about Dependability’s appeals process.
Mrs Beecroft claimed there was no way of appealing against the firm’s decisions on medical evidence – but only on procedural grounds.
