Reports suggest there's plenty to do there
FIM Capital Beach Buddies will venture to Derbyhaven for its weekly clean-up this weekend, starting at 10.30am on Sunday.
Volunteers will also tackle nearby areas such as Fort Island.
The charity says it's not visited this stretch of coastline for a little while, and it’s been reported there could be a fair amount to do there, so founder Bill Dale is hoping for a good turn-out.
He's also hoping there will be some more new faces, such as last week at Ballaugh when there were eight new volunteers amongst the group of 63 who shifted 60kg of rubbish.
All equipment is provided, and the session finishes no later than midday, or sooner for those who can only spare 30 minutes.
Everyone, especially families, very welcome.
