Project team says Sulby Riverside scheme was endorsed by planning officer
The developer behind blocked plans to build 200 new homes in Ramsey says it is deciding on its ‘next steps’.
Yesterday (26 February) the planning committee rejected the £40 million Sulby Riverside project.
The project team is meeting with its advisors today to assess the ruling.
A spokesperson told Manx Radio: "We continue to believe in the project’s merits which were endorsed by the planning officer who reviewed our case and recommended it for approval."
