Mix of two, three and four bedroomed homes on site at Ballagarraghyn
Developers behind plans for over one hundred new, eco-friendly homes in Jurby say work will commence on site in the very near future.
Hartford Homes is currently finalising some technical approvals which, once in place, will enable the project to move forward.
The plans for 117 dwellings include a mix of two, three and four bedroomed homes on a site at Ballagarraghyn.
Hartford Homes say they're confident Ballagarraghyn will represent a true evolution in Manx home building.
The development forms part of the company's launch commitment to supporting the Island's community and Biosphere with future-ready, sustainable housing.
All properties will include air source heat pumps and solar panels as standard, and Hartford has worked closely with the Manx Wildlife Trust, and with Isle of Play to plan child-friendly space and play areas in the development.
Prices for the properties will start at £284,999 rising to £419,999.
