Minister says figures are not unusual
A million pound overspend at the Department of Health and Social Care, isn't as worrying as it sounds.
That's according to MHK David Ashford - who says the figure represents profiled spend.
It's after it was revealed the department is a million pounds over budget, four months into the financial year.
But Mr Ashford says the figures are misleading:
