Appearance comes ahead of tribunal's disclosure hearing
A government department and the Island's former medical director will appear in court later this week.
The Department of Health and Social Care and Dr Rosalind Ranson are due before Deemster Corlett on Thursday.
The ordinary procedure claim is being brought by the DHSC ahead of a tribunal hearing to consider evidence on the disclosure of documents during a tribunal earlier this year.
That tribunal found Dr Ranson had been unfairly dismissed for whistleblowing, having questioned the department's approach at the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
The hearing will get underway at 10am and is scheduled to last for one hour.
