Funds needed for 60-bed Summerhill View facility
Support to spend almost £12million constructing a new 60-bed care home in Douglas will be sought at this month's sitting of Tynwald.
The Department of Health and Social Care is asking for £11.7million for Summerhill View.
The older persons residential and resource centre would replace the Reayrt ny Baie facility, which is no longer fit for purpose.
The total doesn't include the £751,000 already approved for design fees.
