New provider to be appointed in near future
The chief minister says he's 'disappointed' about cutbacks at the Children's Centre, but insists government will help anyone affected.
The Douglas charity has announced it's winding up its early years services in March, followed by its Family Placement Service - which it provides for the Department of Health and Social Care - in October.
Up to 20 jobs are expected to be lost.
Howard Quayle says the DHSC will appoint a new provider in the near future.
