Channel Island's Chief Minister one of several high profile names to lose their seat in general election
The Isle of Man will have to deal with a new Chief Minister for Jersey after John Le Fondre was voted out of office.
The Channel Island went to the polls this week to elect a new Government.
He was one of a number of high profile politicians who failed to be re-elected.
BBC Radio Jersey senior reporter, James Hand, suggests it was Mr Le Fondre's handling of the Covid-19 pandemic which cost him his job:
Creamery working to solve the mystery of tight screw caps on cartons
Young people's bereavement drop in service coming to an end
Pub's inclusive toilet signs vandalised
£100K cash injection for energy efficiency scheme
