The idea of taking the promenade horse trams out of service while roads are closed for racing is likely to be discussed after this year's Festival of Motorcycling.
Gridlock around the Sea Terminal end of the Promenade has been a constant cause of complaint among motorists over the last week.
In this morning's Radio TT chatshow, Sergeant Andy Reed said the subject and any possible solutions would be discussed.
