Onchan residents not happy, says Captain of the Parish
The Captain of the Parish of Onchan says many residents feel 'disenfranchised' by election boundary changes.
A new system came into effect in September’s General Election with the introduction of 12 two-seat constituencies.
It means each MHK represents roughly the same number of voters.
However, with many former Onchan voters now officially in Garff, Peter Kelly says the new-look areas haven't gone down well with all:
