The jailed former clerk to Braddan Commissioners will appear before a Tynwald select committee next week.
Charles ‘Buster’ Lewin was imprisoned last year for conspiring dishonestly to secure proxy votes during the 2010 Douglas East by-election, three years after he left the local authority.
On Monday he'll give evidence to the committee investigating the Kirk Michael School land exchange.
Lewin has previously claimed his former employer, Heritage Homes, deliberately misled the committee about the deal.
