Manx Telecom apologises on behalf of supplier
Manx Telecom has issued apologies for the ongoing disruption to its Manx.net mail platform.
It says Atmail, the supplier, is continuing to work to restore access to customer mailboxes, which is affecting customers across Europe.
Manx Telecom says it is 'in close and regular contact with the supplier as they work to resume access'.
The company has thanked people for their patience and asks anyone affected to keep an eye on the company's social media channels for updates.
