Airport director explains persistent issues
Isle of Man Airport currently has only 10 fully trained air traffic controllers.
That's despite the ideal number being 15.
Ronaldsway had the third worst record for flight cancellations in the British Isles, in the first half of the year, according to figures released by the UK's Civil Aviation Authority.
But airport director Gary Cobb says this isn't the fault of air traffic controllers here on the Isle of Man.
A "master plan" is in development to help improve the Isle of Man Airport which includes plans to train and recruit more into the team.
