TV talent show coming to town
Wannabe popstars with a 'certain something' have a chance to shoot for the stars next month.
The X Factor is returning to our TV screens for a fourteenth series later this year.
Part of the show's nationwide search for talent is a stop-off in the Manx capital.
Producers will be at Tower House on Strand Street, Douglas on Monday, 1 May - but entrants will have to impress them first to come within singing distance of judges Simon Cowell and Co. in the summer.
There's no need to sign up.
Anyone taking part is asked to simply turn up between 11am and 5pm, armed with a backing track, and, of course, their pristine voice.
