Public still advised to avoid area
There's still no update on the nature of an incident at Dogmills Beach on the north east coast.
Police attended the area shortly before 8am this morning (Wed 10), and members of the public have been asked to avoid the area since then.
It's understood a statement from police, clarifying the nature of the incident is expected soon - but as yet no further official details have been released.
