Oxygen therapy mask used to revive pet
Fire crews resuscitated a family dog following a fire at a house in Douglas.
Firefighters were called out on Thursday evening, and found the occupants were all accounted for, but the dog was still in the property.
After locating the pet, crews used an oxygen therapy mask and chest compressions to resuscitate the dog before he was handed over to a vet for further treatment.
The team spent a total of two hours dealing with the incident.
