Departments' input still needed
Details need to be worked out before the preferred TT promotions contract is signed, according to the infrastructure minister.
It was revealed this week the Department of Economic Development and London-based company Vision Nine still haven't reached a formal agreement.
It's despite approval being granted in April's Tynwald session - with the company then due to take on the role for the 2017 TT and Classic TT.
The department has taken back control of next year's events.
Involvement from other government departments, and terms of appointment are being blamed for the delay.
