Work ongoing to build operational resilience

The Department of Infrastructure has told a Tynwald committee that more has to be done to build operational resilience.
It’s deputy chief officer says the department has to recognise it has not been doing as well as it should have in the ‘day to day’ business of running Ronaldsway.
Jeffrey Robinson, and Minister Tim Crookall, gave evidence to the Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee.
Mr Robinson says outdated equipment and a shortage of air traffic controllers doesn’t help the issues they are tackling:
