Future Tynwald to vote again on tramway length
An East Douglas MHK says the department of infrastructure is trying to hide an overspend by splitting up the Douglas promenade scheme.
It has separated the stretch of tramway, from Broadway to the Sea Terminal, out of its main contract with Auldyn Construction.
It's a change from the scheme previously agreed by Tynwald and will require another vote to take place for funding in November - after the general election in September.
